I've been using UltraMenu for years. Looking to make a change to my menu and have found that the bottom half of the program where I could make edits to the link information is now locked at the bottom and will not expand up, rendering the editing window inaccessible. Here's a screenshot: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3-npsFoGgsTZ0FrU1lWQkF6TDg
I'm running Windows 10, 64-bit.

Try changing your desktop resolution or adjust the scaling of the windows in Windows OS to reset the application's display mode. I've tested the demo version of the application and it works normally. If you can back up the menu that you've created and then reinstall the software, but make sure the main installation folder is deleted from Program Files. Reinstall the product and import your menu, then the bottom frame will be accessible again.
You can obtain the demo from the download page at Software Informer, but this means you already have the registration number to activate the program in case it will be displayed as demo: http://ultramenu.software.informer.com/download/
I have UltraMenu 1.2. It is suddenly not working on some versions of Internet Explorer. Is there a reason for this? Have I missed updates or fixes?

The UltraMenu application is discontinued. The official website is not working anymore which means it's impossible to obtain an updated version, therefore the errors that you encounter with the Internet Explorer browser. You might need to use something else, because this application is now obsolete.
I need to build a drop down menu cross frames (page structure all uses the tag). The HTML content from the frames comes from different servers so I can control the JS code from 1 frame only, since the whole solution must be contained in 1 frame only, and then the sub-navigation menu must go over the frames. Do you have a solution for this scenario?

No, this specific scenario is not available through the website that deals with JS and CSS. You will have to learn each section of the whole project, meaning: CSS structure, JS manipulation and most of all the iframe function and how to implement it. To do this, use the tutorials on the websites listed through Google. You will find a better way to implement those menus.
